Mobile Home Application
If you’ve had the opportunity to assess some of the mobile homes for rent and mobile homes for sale that we’re offering at Oak Grove Panama City Mobile Home PArk– and further afield – and you like what you see, it’s time to start the application process to secure your new home. Like with any other property purchase agreement, the mobile home application that we carry out with you requires a number of checks and procedures. Naturally, we do everything we can to make this process as streamlined and stress-free as possible – we understand that for many people, it’s not the most enjoyable activity. Below, you can discover some more information about the mobile home application that you’ll need to complete, and some of the reasons behind the process. If you have any lingering doubts, questions, or queries, our customer service team will be able to assist you.
One of the requirements of the mobile home application process is checking your financial background and history. This isn’t only to assess your current financial health, but to determine whether you’ll be able to pay associated costs in the future as well. Your credit rating is one thing that’ll need to be looked at, and an employment history that proves consistent earnings is another matter that will need to be looked at. Although mobile home purchases and renting are more accessible, financially speaking, than many other property purchase agreements, it doesn’t mean that finances aren’t looked at, at all.
We’ll run various other background checks on prospective tenants and homeowners for our mobile homes. Background checks are standard procedure for property agreements. They may look at your right to live or work in the US, your criminal history, and any debts or bills that you might still owe, either in-state or beyond. As with the finance checks that we’ll carry out, the background check is mandatory for all prospective residents for our mobile home parks.
Once you’ve had your background and finance checks completed by our team, we’ll require you to submit a few contacts – either from your personal or professional background – who can attest to your character. You must secure the permission of these people to submit their contact information for our team. Generally speaking, the questions we ask will be very much of the standard variety, and the calls are not expected to take any significant length of time – so long as everything else checks out.
We believe that the mobile home application process that we carry out is in the best interest of everybody in our mobile home parks. By assessing the quality and character of possible tenants and residents, we can make sure that only friendly and respectful residents are integrated into our parks. This means a more social and enjoyable community is available for everybody – and this is obviously going to benefit you once you’ve entered your new home as well.
